Any goal or thing in life that we pursue, does have a negative side to it. Some people are motivated by pleasure and how good it COULD be, while others are more motivated by pain avoidance or how bad will it be if it doesn’t work out. Today I wanted to take a different direction with that pain avoidance mindset & talk about problems and challenges and how we can actually pick our problems or challenges to motivate us to take action.
