Hi, I'm Kacia. I am a twenty-something ex-corporate professional turned online health coach and mobile entrepreneur.

I am ridiculously passionate about my mission which is to be a LIGHT to others, to give others the space to be their most AUTHENTIC selves and build their dream life on THEIR terms.

I founded Team Fit Foundation, a team of online health and wellness coaches with the goal to empower others by giving them the support they need to reach personal health and fitness goals through online fitness accountability groups. 

I make it a point to constantly seek the next level in all areas of my life and often sign up for things before I’m ready to do them just so I can become the person who can. I encourage and support others in every way I can to do the same.

The ultimate success for me is watching someone start to dream BIGGER and see that they are capable of much more than they’ve ever imagined.
