I am so excited you are here today because we are talking about a topic that has been SO freaking powerful in my life & I think it will be in yours too! We’re talking about getting really dang good at labeling the emotion when your body has a physical response and labeling the space between where you are now and where you want to go, and creating those labels that serve you. I’ve found that when I label something, whether its an emotion or a space in my life, with something positive it makes me happy & pumped to chase after my goals. But when I label either of those with something that doesn’t serve me, I often feel confused or like a hot mess express, which is not going to help me chase my goals. Today I want to chat about why I think it’s so important to just get really comfortable with this art of labeling. I hope you really get something out of this & I can’t wait to hear what you think!
