As we know, we create our thoughts right? And those thoughts drive our emotions which determine whether or not we will take ACTION. I’ve been thinking of that really basic concept but under the lense of FEAR that we have. In particular those little tiny things that pop up that we get scared of or have a negative emotion to that we just squash down. What that does? Is create a HABIT of hesitation which we KNOW we just do not have time for! So, today I wanted to share a few TANGIBLE tips to help us take ACTION even when those FEARS creep in.
