Hey girl! I am so happy you are here today because we are talking about something that I think is so relevant, which is pulling yourself out of a funk. We all have these times where we get ourselves into analysis-paralysis or total funky freak out and it is NORMAL. What I have learned, is it's so important to be able to CATCH yourself, acknowledge the feeling and then be aware of HOW to get OUT of that funk. I wanted to share a few tricks that I have put into practice to help pull you out of that funk:
Let yourself feel it & acknowledge that you are totally normal.
Ask yourself, what is the REAL story?
Take action - inaction breeds fear.
