4️⃣PUT IT AROUND YOU (like a sticky note on your mirror, screensaver of computer or phone).
So you SEE it & IT’S a CONSTANT REMINDER of WHY you’re don’t this. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
5️⃣MAKE IT PART OF YOUR IDENTITY
Not just a GOAL you ACCOMPLISH, but more about “how can I change my thinking to be more like the PERSON who’s accomplished that?”
